Just perfect overall experience. Stunningly beautiful, hip new property. Absolutely charming building, nice and unbeatable location close enough to the centre of Agios Nikolaos. Also, right on the harbour. Top-class staff with smiles. Lovely breakfast with a good choice of options to choose from.

A GREAT selection of food served in the café for breakfast, it was gorgeous. The location was marvellous and excellent, right on the waterfront overlooking the old port, and my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The rooms here are really practical, with cozy beds and all the stuff you need. Plus, the view is just stunning! And can we talk about how lovely the breakfast is? 🌟

i greatly enjoyed staying in this stunningly beautiful place. it was in a marvellous location short walk to agios nikolaos, the waterfront overlooking the old port, and the grocery store. went to xenios for drink or two, set just a short walk away from the hotel. the venue had supper friendly and welcoming staff members.

The location here is awesome! It's so close to all the cool restaurants and the waterfront, plus you get free parking which is a great bonus. Oh, and it's right by the harbor 🌊.

We had a fantastic time at Selinitsa! The staff was amazing, suggesting great beaches and restaurants. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, and Maria and Rita were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, right on the waterfront with bars and restaurants nearby. The room was stylish, clean, and comfortable. We can't wait to visit again!

We stayed at Selinitsa Residence Mani and had a fantastic experience. the staff, including Maria, Rita, and Melisa, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the deluxe room we stayed in had a stunning view of the picturesque little harbor and the amenities were excellent. the location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance in the village and convenient parking nearby. We especially loved having our morning coffee and homemade breakfast in the cozy front yard by the sea.

the room with a sea view was simply amazing, with the sound of the waves in the morning providing a truly relaxing atmosphere. the cleanliness of the room was perfect, and the staff, including Rita and Angelos, were incredibly kind and helpful. the location of the residence in the center of the village was ideal, and the stylish and clean room with a comfortable bed made for a wonderful stay. During my recent transit in Agios Nikolaos , I stayed at Selinitsa Residence Mani for a brief period. The hotel's close proximity to the nearest airport, which was a convenient 35 km away, made it an ideal choice for a quick stopover. the guest house, being just 55 km from the airport, offered a hassle-free and time-efficient journey.

While my stay at Selinitsa Residence Mani was primarily for transit, I did notice a couple of drawbacks. The room allocated to me was quite small and lacked ample natural light due to a wall obstructing the window.
